2003/4 was an exciting year for new projects and programs in Beit Uri.
The completed Sports and Therapy Complex was in full swing with the
sports and performance hall frequently packed to capacity and the physical,
occupational, drama art and crafts therapy rooms in use on a daily basis.
The bath and massage area is open several hours a week and is still
in need of funding to use it every day as required.

by the UK JNF National Golf Committee and the Israeli National Insurance. |
Project in Progress
| 2005 - The Sherman Arts and Crafts Rehabilitation
Centre is due to commence in March and at the same time the new
Carpentry and Maintenance Studio will be built, funded by 3 donors
the Harold Grinspoon Foundation; the Atlanta Jewish Federation and
the Eric Sugerman Legacy Fund, UK JNF. Both buildings are due to
open at the end of 2005. |

6 children reside in children's wing and there are 4 external students
who use all the facilities from morning to late afternoon every day. The
children in this wing are aged 7-14.
